The Mixed cuff is a mix between the buttoned cuff and the French cuff.
Unlike the Neapolitan cuff, there is no flap, it has a simple cuff appearance but has two buttoning system.
With two buttonholes, it allows a closure by cufflinks. But, on one of the buttonholes is sewn a button, able to pass on the visible face of the cuff, by simple manipulation, thus creating a classic closure of buttoned cuff.
It may have a rounded, square or bisected appearance; With a stitching of 1mm to 5mm from the edge.
